We provide psychological assessment of pilots in compliance with EASA directive EDD 2018//012R (relating to CAT.GEN.MPA.175 Endangering Safety) in order to .

  1. Identify psychological attributes and suitability of the flight crew in respect to the work environment; and
  2. Reduce the likelihood of negative interference with the safe operation of the aircraft.

We offer a combination of online psychometric assessment (Personality and Cognitive testing) and a psychological interview which will help AOC's make decisions on the selection process through our accredited Psychologists.The assessment can also be broadened for those being considered for command and also provide review and advise organisations on their existing screening processes

The assessment process can also help AOC in the following ways
